About Me

Let me share a little about my journey. I’ve spent over 30 years working in the legal field—as a legal assistant, office coordinator, and project manager. Throughout that time, I’ve helped navigate complex healthcare and legal systems, supported clients through challenging transitions, and built a career grounded in service and excellence. I also earned credentials as a Paralegal and an MBA in Healthcare Management, always seeking growth and new opportunities.

A few years ago, I started asking myself a question many women face at this stage of life: Is this all there is? I had built a solid career, raised a family, and contributed to my community—but inside, I felt a quiet nudge, a whisper that there was more waiting for me.

That whisper grew louder. I began journaling, reflecting, and reconnecting with parts of myself I had set aside. I realized I had stories to tell, wisdom to share, and a desire to explore new horizons. That’s when the idea for Level Up at 60 was born—a movement to help women like you rediscover their passions, embrace their next chapter, and live with confidence and purpose.

For years, I operated on autopilot—putting others first and sacrificing my happiness. But I learned that it’s never too late to reinvent yourself, to thrive, and to create a life that truly reflects who you are today. My mission now is to support women in avoiding stagnation and exhaustion, helping them piece everything together and step into their greatness.

If you’re ready to unlock new opportunities and live with clarity and joy, I invite you to join me on this transformative journey. Your best years are still ahead—and I can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish.
